Mass of the Children for adult and youth choirs with orchestra
by the ever popular British composer John Rutter
After the sudden, tragic death of his son Christopher, John Rutter barely wrote a note for two years until the creation of this work in 2003 for a Carnegie Hall premiere. The traditional Latin Mass text is interwoven with English poems by Thomas Ken and William Blake.
